Legal
Acceptable use policy
Last updated 10 September 2026
Purpose
This policy applies to every service on a TitanShield account: game servers, web hosting, domains, email, and the customer portal itself. It exists so other customers, our partners, and the public internet stay usable.
You must not
- Host, store, or transmit child sexual abuse material. We report it.
- Run attacks, scanners, botnets, malware, phishing, or credential stuffing from our network.
- Mine cryptocurrency or run similar high-load workloads unless the product listing says otherwise.
- Send unsolicited bulk email, or operate an open relay.
- Infringe copyright or other IP; we act on valid notices.
- Interfere with other customers, nodes, or partner panels.
- Resell the service without a written reseller agreement.
- Use a game server in a way that breaks that game’s own terms.
Resource use
Plans have RAM, CPU, disk, and network limits. Sustained abuse of a node — for example saturating shared CPU or filling disk with backups you never rotate — may be throttled or suspended after a warning where practical. Urgent abuse may be stopped immediately.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or terminate. Illegal activity can be reported to the relevant authority. Suspended services stay billed until cancelled. We keep logs needed to investigate abuse.
Reporting
If you see abuse from a TitanShield address, open a ticket from a signed-in account or use the contact path on the status page. Include timestamps, IPs, and sample evidence.
