Who we are
TitanShield.pro provides customer accounts for game hosting, web hosting, and domains. This policy explains what personal data we keep, why, and who else sees it when a service is provisioned.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, country, optional phone, password hash, 2FA secrets.
- Billing data: invoices, PayPal transaction references, account credit, coupons.
- Service data: hostnames, game server names, allocated IPs and ports, panel identifiers.
- Support data: tickets, attachments you upload, and staff notes.
- Security data: sign-in times, IP addresses, user agents, audit logs.
Why we use it
To run the account, take payment, create and suspend services, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal record-keeping for invoices. Session cookies are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on the portal.
Processors
Payment is processed by PayPal. Game servers, web hosting, and domain registration are created on partner panels so those operators receive the minimum data needed to deliver the product (typically email, service name, and technical configuration). Transactional email, if SMTP is configured, is sent through that mail provider. WhatsApp is only used if you choose to message the published support number.
Retention
The account stays until you delete it or we close it. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires after the last invoice. Tickets and attachments remain as the support record of the account. Sessions expire; revoked sessions are not reused.
Your rights
You can update profile data in the account. You can request deletion from the profile page; it is blocked while active services, unpaid invoices, open tickets, or registered domains remain. You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold by opening a ticket.
Security
Passwords are stored with Argon2id. Session cookies are HttpOnly. 2FA secrets and webhook signing keys are encrypted at rest. Staff access is role-based and audited.
