Terms of service
Last updated 10 September 2026
1. The service
TitanShield.pro (“TitanShield”, “we”) sells game hosting, web hosting, and domain registration from one customer account. Game consoles, file managers, and hosting control panels are operated by our infrastructure partners. TitanShield is the billing, account, and support layer in front of those systems.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate details, keep your password and two-factor codes private, and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity on the account, including team members you invite. We may suspend or close an account that is unpaid, abusive, or used to break the law.
3. Orders, invoices, and renewal
Prices are shown in the store before you pay. An invoice is created at checkout. Recurring services renew automatically until you cancel. We generate the next invoice before the due date. An unpaid invoice becomes overdue, then the service is suspended after a 3-day grace period. If it stays unpaid for 5 days after suspend, the server is permanently deleted. Payments are accepted through PayPal and account credit. A payment is recorded only after the processor confirms it — not because a browser returned to a success page.
4. Provisioning
After a valid payment we create the service with the partner panel. If automated setup fails, the invoice stays paid and support can retry the job. You do not pay twice for the same order. Delivery times depend on the partner and the product; game servers are typically live shortly after payment clears.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a service at the end of the paid period from the service page. Access continues until that date. Digital hosting is provided immediately after payment, so refunds are not owed for change of mind. We may issue goodwill credit at our discretion, for example after a verified outage on our side.
6. Acceptable use
Use of any TitanShield service is also governed by the Acceptable use policy. A breach of the AUP is a breach of these terms.
7. Availability
We aim for continuous operation and publish status at /status. Hosting is provided as-is. Planned maintenance is announced in the account. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data you failed to back up, or outages at a partner or on the public internet.
8. Liability
Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the update.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms go to SupportDesk inside the account, or by opening a ticket after you sign in.
